MANAGEMENT / LEADERSHIP / EDUCATION

LBLLC Co-owner Kimo Williams is a former commissioned officer in the United States Army. He worked as a marketing officer for the US Army Recruiting Command; bandmaster for the 85th Division Reserve Band and in numerous other positions of leadership and management during his 13 year career. He retired in 2010.

He has also developed curricula based content for North Eastern University, Berklee College of Music, Columbia College Chicago, Sherwood Music School. Internationally he has developed courses of study for the Helsinki, Finland Sebelius Academy (on-line marketing course); St. Petersburg, Russa Arts Management Program (marketing workshop). He has also developed educational courses (music) through the Fulbright program for the Hue Academy of Music and the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music.

Based on Kimos'  experience above, LBLLC is able to provide directly or through managed sub-contracts, consulting/professional services in: management, leadership, marketing, decision-making and entreprenuership.

PERFORMANCE / PRODUCTION

LBLLC provides music performers for all instruments in all genres as well as groups from duos to full orchestras

LBLLC provides audio recording and music production

LBLLC provides a platform for obtaining music libraries (royalty free) for any project to include "call holding" and licensed uses in media production

LBLLC provides instructors for all the instruments of the orchestra
